1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition
  • The product may be lightly tried on for fitting purposes
  • The item must not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We currently do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Excessively used or damaged products
  • Items returned without contacting support first

Please review the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • A full or partial refund

depending on the situation.


4. Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team before returning any item.


5. Return Process

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Noble Brace is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or delays caused by customs or external logistics providers.

However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


9. Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We are committed to fair resolutions for all customers.

Any fraudulent chargebacks, abusive refund claims, or suspicious activity may result in order refusal, account restrictions, or supporting evidence being submitted to the payment provider during dispute investigations.
